Exercise Your Emotion

As a runner you’re sure to strive for an extraordinary amount of mental strength, raw determination and sheer motivation, a degree of hardiness to get you through tough training sessions and bring you close to a winning PB.

But what happens to your running after a bad day at the office?  How do you feel about racing in the midst of life changing events? Do you miss post exercise protein shake? Among such research is the discovery from Bangor University that people who express anger could improve their sports performance by as much as 25%. And that’s not all; running with emotional baggage is also a great way for you to mentally prepare for your next challenge.
